Our booking process is completely online, but if preferred we can meet in person to discuss.

For online booking, the first thing we need is your email.

• Then I will send you a questionnaire to your email to gather some information for your big day.
• Using the information I will send you a digital contract for both of us to sign.
• The final step will be the initial payment to reserve your date.

The amount for the initial payments are listed below.

• The initial payment to reserve is included in the pricing already.
• Initial payment is non-refundable.
• The remaining amount will be due on the day of wedding.
• There will be a receipt send to your email to confirm any transaction.

After we are booked, I will send a BRIDAL guide packet to your email. The packet will include your ENGAGEMENT SESSION guide to prep you and your groom to be for the engagement session. The guide has all the necessary tips and tricks to make the both of you nail the session!

Bridal guide will also include your WEDDING DAY guide. The guide has sample timeline, wedding checklist, must haves, exit ideas, and much more. This bridal guide will help your big day go way smoother than you can imagine!

I am willing to drive up to 2 hours (one way) from my location for the pricing listed above for WEDDING, and up to 30 minutes (one way) of free travel for ENGAGEMENT session from my location (Click here to calculate distance). If your wedding or engagement session location exceeds our travel range, the is an additional travel fee for the round trip. Please contact me for details!

1. If we decide NOT to do the ENGAGEMENT session, will the pricing be same?

The engagement sessions are COMPLIMENTARY offer which comes with the wedding collection. The wedding collection price and package will remain the same if you chose not to take the complimentary engagement session.

2. Can we add the Engagement session hour to our wedding day or can we use it for a different session?

Unfortunately, no. It cannot be turn into another session other than your engagement session, and the hour cannot be added to wedding day hours.

The reason I offer the complimentary engagement sessions in The Wedding Experience because I truly believe that they are a VITAL part of the entire process. During your engagement session, you’ll have the chance to get to know me, experience how I shoot and how I handle posing and lighting. This session will make a HUGE impact on how the wedding day flows. I’ll arrive on your wedding day already knowing how you two interact, what your best poses are and how to photograph you in a genuine way! What I will learn about you during your engagement session is invaluable! You two will feel like such a pro on your big day because of the great practice you had during your engagement session and that’s how it should be! I STRONGLY suggest that you do the engagement session :)

3. If we choose to do the engagement session, when should we schedule?

I suggest scheduling about two-three months before you are wanting to do the engagement session. The session can take place any available time before the wedding (minimum 7 days before the wedding).

4. What are our location options for engagement session?

For ENGAGEMENT session, we suggest our couples to pick a location that is special or sentimental to them in some way! If you can’t think of anywhere

specific that you would like to shoot, I can help you decide on a location! As long as the light is great, I can make ANY location look awesome! I usually shoot at Nature areas, campuses, down-town areas of Knoxville. We suggest you to pick your location that is within our travel range for engagement (Please view "TRAVEL" section above for details).

5. When do we expect to receive our ENGAGEMENT pictures back and how?

• I will give you a link containing your best engagement photos within 2 days of your session.
• You will get to choose the amount of pictures that come with your Complimentary Engagement Session Package.
• Your pictures will be ready within 35 days after you choose your favorites.
• If you prefer, the pictures can be given on a USB flash drive to pick up or can be shipped to your address for $20.
• Your edited pictures will be provided digitally for download free of charge.

6. When do we expect to receive our WEDDING pictures back and how?

• All edited pictures will be provided digitally within 35-42 days after the event (most of the times earlier, depending on the season).
• If you prefer, the pictures can be given on a USB flash drive to pick up or can be shipped to your address for $20.
• All pictures will be provided digitally for download free of charge.

7. Can we get our wedding pictures earlier than 35-42 days?

I will share 3-5 sneak peeks with you within a week of the wedding. If more photos needed to be done earlier than 35-42 days, there will be a starting rush fee of $150.

8. How many wedding photographs will we receive?

I will retouch all the best photos taken from your wedding day. Which is usually 60-70 images each hour booked. More images if you've added our second photographer.

9. Can you explain what to expect from the edited photographs?

There will be two different kinds of edited wedding photographs. Some will be highly edited and the rest will be retouched.

10. What is Highly Edited Portraits?

Highly edited portraits can include:

• removing any objects if needed
• adding sun flare
• adding dramatic sky
• adding snow/rain
• skin and hair retouching, etc

11. And what is "Retouched photographs"?

• Retouching a photograph includes light correction
• color correction
• re-framing
• blemish correction if needed, etc

12. How many highly EDITED and how many retouched images will we get?

• For Royal collection, 5 highly edited portraits
• For Luxury collection, 4 highly edited portraits
• For Platinum collection, 2 highly edited portraits

13. What if I need more Highly Retouched photographs?

We have a separate package for additional highly retouched portraits, just ask for it!
